SURG 2109 Practicum I
This course provides structured conference and guided reflection related to clinical experiences. Content includes case discussion, professional communication, ethical decision-making, and preparation for increased clinical responsibility. This course supports integration of theory and practice.
Prerequisite
These courses are required as it provides the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to build upon in subsequent nursing coursework and clinical experiences.
Corequisite
This clinical course must be taken concurrently with the associated didactic course to support the immediate application of theory, skills, and clinical reasoning in the supervised practice environment.
