BIOL 3304 Medical and Research Ethics

A study of ethical issues in medicine and research and how past events have shaped their ethics. Students will learn how technology influences ethical review boards. Students will also study the process of approval for research protocols, investigate phases of clinical trial, and become familiar with FDA drug approval process. This is a writing intensive course.
