NUR 2203 Health Assessment for Nursing Practice
This didactic course focuses on developing the knowledge and skills needed to conduct a comprehensive health assessment, utilizing effective communication techniques and physical examinations while interpreting the findings of a patient's physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.
Prerequisite
This course is required as it provides the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to build upon in subsequent nursing coursework and clinical experiences.
Corequisite
This lab course must be taken concurrently with the associated didactic course to support the immediate application of theory, skills, and clinical reasoning in the supervised practice environment.
