NURS 3421 Health Assessment
Assessment of the holistic person as an individual and a member of groups, families, aggregates, communities, and society (IFACS) is emphasized. The role of the nurse in health promotion throughout the life cycle is demonstrated by identifying normal findings. Emphasis will be placed on acquiring skills to record client histories, to perform physical assessment, and to communicate specific findings.
