MGMT 4353 Law of Human Resource Management

The exploration and analysis of the broad range of laws affecting employment decisions from recruitment and selection of termination. The course looks at the impact on HRM decision making of the common law as well as all the major statutes: the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 1991, the Family Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Acts, and more.
