MGMT 4351 Entrepreneurial Management

Course develops attitudes, concepts and skills that enable entrepreneurs and managers to pursue opportunities in spite of uncertainty. Course examines how entrepreneurs and business innovators acquire and manage resources for new ventures and change within organizations. Course explores current problems and issues in entrepreneurial ventures and change management.
