KINE 3316 Sport and Exercise Psychology

This course teaches students about the mental and emotional factors influencing performance in sport and exercise settings. Theories, variables, and techniques that influence the effectiveness of coaching/training individuals are examined. Students will participate in activities that demonstrate psychological skills training (PST) and explore methods of implementing these skills in practical sport and exercise settings.
