Yoga is the ancient practice of bringing body, breath, and mind into balance. Class format is a unique fusion of traditional exercise with the ancient beauty and artistry of yoga postures. All fitness levels and ages can reap the benefits of flexibility and strength training. May include use of resistance apparatus and/or incorporate Hatha Yoga principles.
