NURS 4360 Professional Nursing Transitions

This course is designed for the RN student who is seeking a baccalaureate degree. The course is designed to promote transition to roles that enhance professional practice and growth built on prior nursing education and experience. The primary audience is RNs returning to school to obtain a bachelor's degree. The purpose is to intellectually engage RNs in an ongoing professional dialog with peers, colleagues, and faculty, to broaden RNs professional development and build on RNs pre-existing knowledge and experience.
