CRIJ 3302 Bill of Rights

An examination of the U.S. Constitutional Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendments as they apply specifically to contemporary criminal justice system police, court, and correctional agencies. Included are the rights of individuals at various stages of the criminal justice system process, basic case law precedents concerningthose rights, and the ethical practices by criminal justice professionals in the protection of those rights.
