ISCI 5367 AI for E-Business

This course explores how artificial intelligence is transforming e-business and the digital marketplace. Students examine e-commerce business models, online marketing strategies, mobile and social platforms, payment technologies, and web analytics, with a focus on how AI enhances and reshapes these activities. The course emphasizes practical applications of AI for e-commerce, including generating e-marketing content, building and evaluating websites, creating social media strategies, and improving customer engagement. Students will also apply course concepts and AI tools to assess or develop an e-business initiative within their own organization.
