MGMT 3354 Organizational Behavior

This course explores how individuals and groups respond to and act in organizations, and how organizations manage their environments. Levels of analysis include the micro view of individual behavior, group-level behavior, and the macro view of collective organizational behaviors. Topics include leadership, perception, values, team dynamics, group and organizational process, motivation, cross-cultural communication, and comparative management techniques based on patterns of organizational behavior in different cultures.
