FINA 4350 Mergers & Acquisitions Analysis

This class is an advanced study of the quantitative side of M&A. This course examines the in-depth financial decision-making that occurs in M&A activities domestically and globally. Students will analyze various firms’ financial statements for the purpose of recommending future M&A activities.
