FINA 3350 Mergers & Acquisitions

This course is designed to help students understand the complex nature of mergers and acquisitions of small and large businesses, domestically and globally. The course will examine how mergers and acquisitions can result in modified industries, decreases or increases in products and services, and structural economic changes for the public.
