Provides an overview of evaluation techniques that enables nurses to plan and implement a variety of education-related evaluation approaches including test construction, item analysis, teaching effectiveness, and clinical performance appraisals. Emphasis is on classroom/clinical instruction and evaluation and includes instructional technology.
