The exploration of issues, theories, research, and problems in the management of human and organizational systems. Various ways of viewing organization are studied with emphasis on the human element in organizations. Topics may include organizational behavior, organizational culture, designing human resource systems, managing human and organizational resources, organizational change concepts, and the renewal process.
