CRIJ 2307 Effective Communication Strategies for Justice Practitioners
The study of the impact of high stress/high self-control roles for justice practitioners, and communication strategies for managing interpersonal and public conflict and challenges. Emphases include high stress encounters, emotional labor, crisis management, conflict and negotiation, public image, and other situations professionals serving in the justice system must consistently navigate effectively.
