MGMT 6345 Project Management

This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop competency and skills for planning and controlling projects as well as understanding interpersonal issues that drive successful project management. Elements of this course include; the study of the project management life cycle, application of project management tools and techniques, and the examination of the challenges facing project managers in gaining the support of stakeholders, guiding the successful completion of projects, and helping others to see the possibilities for change and growth.
