SCIE 2411 Integrated Science II

This course presents the application of the scientific method in chemistry, physics and astronomy at the introductory level. Includes a survey of basic chemical reactions and their application to everyday living; basic laws of physics and application to simple machines and tools, and an introduction to our solar system. Designed for early childhood-grade four education majors. Emphasis is placed on learning the basic science necessary to teach children. This course will not satisfy university core science credit.
