CRIJ 1303 Courts and the Judicial Process
An introduction to the American court system with particular emphasis on the role of the federal and state courts in the justice system, the major components the American court system, and the actors in this system. In addition, the course will focus on criminal and civil court processes and the interaction of the course with other justice agencies.
